Great communication skills with the front office. We worked specifically with Lulu to get our place and she was extremely helpful. She kept us informed every step of the way prior to the move-in process. The places are kept clean and the community is very nice. All appliances, floors, vanities, tubs etc were updated before moving in. I highly recommend checking out Arium Siena Cove if you’re looking for a new place. Call and speak with Lulu.

This was by far the best leasing experience I’ve had since moving to the plantation area. The leasing agent Favi is amazing she was quick and courteous during the application process and followed up immediately after approval to complete moving. I’m excited about making Arium my new home I already feel welcomed by other residents and their holiday cheer.

I felt this place as my house. Great place for new people who are new to Florida. The leasing office team is exceptionally well. They organize events very often , with the goal to help tenants know each other well and also making the tenants comfortable and feel safe I would definitely recommend prospective tenants to consider this as their next house.

11/3/23 update - Disappointment! I was trying to remain positive because I am new to this state and new the insects here but 3 roaches and 1 lizard have entered my apartment in just 2 weeks of living here. There is an issue with either infestation or the windows, doors, and deck doors need to be updated for proper seal closure. I should not have to make so many maintenance requests and a pest control requests. Submitted a pest control work order and a seal/weather proofing/check for pest entry points request. I maintain a clean apartment and do not leave food out. Not feeling happy for prideful of this dwelling at the moment. 10/31/23 Update -nAll maintenance work orders have been addressed! I had a few lizards and big black bugs enter my apartment from the door cracks but maintenance seems to have begun updating the weatherproofing and door seal. **Refrigerator replaced and wall was paint on stair rail was damaged by maintenance during replacement. Also my broom was broken during installation and no replaced. I am adjusting to outdoor Florida lizards, iguanas, and etc. Loving that I can still wear tank tops this time of year! Back to the apartment community. Other updates are valet trash and key fob door entry. ***First impressions*** New resident here as of midweek and I have to say that the leasing manager (Favianna) gets 5 stars for customer service. Prompt and professional and I felt welcomed when I was given the keys to the apartment and a welcome gift. The neighborhood grounds look well maintained and the pool, gym, balcony, and washer/dryer amenities drew me to this beautiful community. ***Why 2 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ *** Unfortunately, I just moved in and there is preexisting maintenance issue that needs to be addressed and that’s why I could only give 2 stars. The previous resident didn’t report that the washing machine and dryer does not work. The washer tub knocks loudly and has a urine smell and the the washer/dryer closet floor is covered in dryer lint and a couple articles of clothing that were left behind. The dryer heating element does not work and the dryer tub does not appear to spin properly. The dryer tub makes a sound like rocks are being rattled around inside. I submitted a work order and will update my review after. I see this as an opportunity for great service instead of a complete negative review. At least now I’ll have a chance to update the review and comment on how prompt and professional the maintenance team communicates and repairs issues! Gratitude 🙏🏾 *update* 10/24/23* Grateful that the washer/dryer combo unit was replaced with a new appliance! Customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Pool, Gym ⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Maintenance ⭐️⭐️ -fixed preexisting issue of washer/dryer -washer/dryer installer knocked some paint off wall and rail during installation. I’m sure it was heavy! -responded quickly to work order for washer dryer appliance -other pending work orders for preexisting issues from previous resident (kitchen window coming off track when raised, window screens damaged or missing need replacement, bath tub rough surfacing, balcony screen hole/tear, front door weather proofing/seal - Living space ⭐️⭐️⭐️ spacious but bugs are entering -love the spaciousness of the top floor high living room ceilings. -love the trees and lake view when I go on neighborhood walks -love the faux wood look vinyl floor -carpet on stairs is ok - updated ceiling fan - bathroom toilet dated - windows dated - tub, tiles, grout painted over instead cleaned& resealed with caulk - love the fenced in balcony, - love the walk in closet Overall decent apartment and decent area. Room for improvement. I signed this lease sight unseen from out of state after receiving a job offer in the area. Will not do that again. Plan to reside in a new construction in the future.
